It promotes the implementation of every initiative in favor of the visually impaired by promoting the full implementation of the human, civil and social rights of the blind in the province of Naples, their social equation and integration in all areas of civilian life; it also collaborates with the territorial divisions of the SSN in the promotion of initiatives for the prevention of blindness by implementing projects with mobile workstations in educational circles, nursing homes for the elderly or in the main squares, for visual recovery, for the functional and social rehabilitation of the blind. With particular attention to the theme of accessibility, at Villa Fernandes it promotes a listening and consultancy desk dedicated to people with visual disabilities, aggregative initiatives and activities also aimed at the job inclusion of the blind and partially sighted people.
